A 50% deposit is required at the time the order is placed. This allows us to ensure we have all the cutters, sprinkles, and colors needed to make your cookies. Your remaining 50% is due a week before pick up.
After receiving the deposit, you have up to 24 hours to cancel your order and obtain a full refund. After that, deposits are non-refundable. If you are rescheduling a party or event, let us know, and we can reschedule your order for a future date.
All orders are pick-up only unless agreed upon otherwise at the time of ordering.
Pick-up times are set upon ordering and confirmed at final payment. This is because other customers may be picking up their cookies, too! We have bulk pick-up dates to accommodate most schedules – so put that cookie pick-up in your calendar.
Decisions are tough! But we’re here to help. After securing your date, we will do our best to accommodate change requests. However, not all may be feasible and will be under consideration.
Thanks tons for bringing those into the pictures! They are just that – inspiring. While your cookies may not be perfect replicas – we’ll try to keep it as close as possible.
But they are not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may differ slightly from what you may end up with. Also, cookies in photos may not be precisely the size!
While we can’t accommodate all last-minute orders, we will try our best. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under seven days will require a rush fee of $25-$50, depending on the time constraint and amount.
We require a minimum of 1 dozen custom cookies. We have a standard of up to 3 different shapes/designs per dozen. Any request for additional designs will result in extra costs.
To get your order right, we’ll need you to reply to our messages within 24 hours – otherwise, it’s the designer’s choice. Questions for us? Please give us up to 24 hours to respond.
Once you pick up your order (thanks again), what happens to your cookies is all on you! Keep them safe, straight, and away from hungry children or a spouse with a sweet tooth.
Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known as allergens. While our sugar cookie recipe doesn’t include nuts, we are not a nut-free or allergen-free kitchen. Therefore, we cannot certify that they are allergen-free.
This order has been made in a home kitchen not inspected by The Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. Our kitchen is not nut-free, egg-free, dairy-free, or gluten-free.
If pick-up is impossible due to inclement weather, your order will be heat-sealed for a later pick-up date. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered due to weather, but we will ensure your order is kept as fresh as possible and will work to reschedule pick-up for the next business day.
We know you can’t control when you have come in contact with someone who had Covid, and we want to work with you. Need to reschedule your event? We can freeze your cookies for two weeks so you can stay home and rest. Because storage is limited, cookies must be picked up after two weeks.
